Hello everyone! I am Stevie. Hale from the Eastern Panhandle area in WV.
So how much do I love Star Wars well my wife thinks am totally nerd, but says it in a playful way . I have read all the Canon and Legend series books. And yes I really have read them all! Sounds crazy. I have a huge love for the bounty hunter costume. I think its the code behind the characters. I just love it. I want to go for that on my first costume. Especially the Din Darjin look. The movies have been my life. Emprie Strikes Back the GOAT!. I really want to join and give join to the kids. Being a father with a Autistic son be nice for him to smile with daddy dressed up all the time. I will say I jave no clue how to build a costume or what it all entails, but you all sound like a wonderful group! Hope to meet you soon!

Welcome to the forums. None of us knew how to build a costume when we started - but learning is the fun part. Everyone here is willing to help. You're in good company (saying this as someone who has also absorbed all of the pre-Disney novels, comics and video games and rebuilt a Windows 98 computer specifically to play TIE Fighter).

Hey! Welcome to the Corellia forum!! It is an exciting experience and sometime overwhelming to start your first costume. Thankfully you are in good hands here. We have plenty of folks with lots of experience that can assist. If you haven't heard from one of our GMLs (garrison member liaisons), I'm sure you will soon. One of them lives in the eastern panhandle, so it will be convenient for communication and meeting up, etc.
