Im located in Winfield WV and looking for any help on getting started
Looking to make a Darth Revan build, a Mandalorian build, and an Imperial Officer.

Welcome to the Garrison. One of our Garrison Membership Liaisons should be reaching out to you soon to assign you to an academy advisor who will work with you step by step to get your costume approved.
If you want to do an officer, you have a couple of routes from which to choose. Cosplaysky.com is where a number of folks get there officer uniform, but not the hat. These are typically approved with only minor modifications. Other sources include Magnoli Clothiers and Anovos, but they will be more expensive and if not in stock at the time of order, it might be a very, very long wait.
Boots are can make wearing certain costumes miserable, so it’s worth spending the money to get what is comfortable.
As for belts, you can make your own or buy one already made (typically about $50).
Code cylinders can be modified chalk holders or repro dosimeters.
I would suggest joining the imperial officers detachment at imperialofficer.com. It will be a great resource for getting your costume together.
I travel the state a good bit and have been in the Winfield area a couple of times for my daughter could shoot at a competition at the local gun range.

Hi Carter! Welcome.
There's quite a bit of imperial officer options. Most common are the line officer and staff officer. Revan has more components in the build, but a great choice as well!
As Michel mentioned, the GMLs and costume advisors will be a great asset as you start your journey with a costume build.
